Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new and unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Refund Process

1. Log into your account and submit a refund request from "My Orders." 2. Our team reviews within 1-2 business days. 3. Once approved, ship the item back to us. 4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

Refund Amount

Full refund: product quality issues or incorrect items shipped. Partial refund: items without quality defects but affecting resale (e.g., missing tags) may incur a restocking fee.

Special Cases
